Referral FAQs
What referral fee do you pay?
We agree on the fee together and put it in a written referral agreement between our brokerages before I contact your client. It's paid at closing.
Do you work with buyers and sellers?
Yes, both. I help buyers, sellers and relocating families across Polk, Hillsborough and Lake Counties, with a focus on lakefront and lake-adjacent homes.
I'm an Epique agent. Can I refer to you?
Absolutely. Send your client my way and we'll handle the referral through Epique.
How soon will you contact my client?
As soon as our referral agreement is in place, and I'll let you know once we've connected.
