Frequently Asked Questions
How is Epique different from other brokerages?
Epique pairs an 85/15 split and a declining cap with more than 100 benefits, including $0 primary care, prescriptions and urgent care, AI tools, marketing and leads. On top of that, you get a local Area Leader. With me, that means real check-ins, shared knowledge and help putting the tools to work.
What does it cost to join Epique Realty?
A $99 one-time join fee, $149 a month, an 85/15 split until you cap and a 0.1% transaction fee capped at $500 per deal. No royalties, desk fees or annual fees. The calculator shows it against your current brokerage.
Do I have to be in Florida to work with you?
No. Epique is a cloud brokerage, so I can support agents in many states. If you're licensed somewhere else, let's talk about how it would work for you.
Do I lose my brand or my team if I move?
Not necessarily. Epique offers Family, Traditional and Power Teams, and White Label is available in select states so your team can keep its own name. See Teams & White Label.
Is a call a commitment?
Not at all. It's a conversation about your business and your goals. If Epique isn't the right fit, I'll tell you.
